How to return an item

1. Email us with your order number to request a return.
2. We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.

Return conditions

• Diritto di recesso di 14 giorni. In base alla normativa UE, puoi annullare il tuo ordine entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione, senza dover fornire motivazioni.
• L'articolo deve essere inutilizzato e nella confezione originale.
• Le spese di reso (rispedizione) sono a carico del cliente, salvo in caso di articolo difettoso o di un errore da parte nostra, che ci assumiamo noi.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
